10 years ago, I lost a dear friend whose kindness and vibrant spirit impacted everyone she met. Her life—and her loss—became a reminder that no one should feel invisible, and every person has the power to create a meaningful legacy. Her story inspired me to start a mission: to empower young people, especially those from underrepresented communities, to embrace their worth and make a lasting impact.

The Legacy of Empowerment Scholarship was created in her memory. It provides resources and mentorship to youth across Canada with bold, community-driven ideas—helping them break through systemic barriers and turn their dreams into transformative realities.

This scholarship is designed for youth across Canada who are ready to lead transformative projects that uplift and empower their communities.

💡 Who Can Apply?

• Open to youth aged 16-21 from all regions of Canada

• Must have an innovative idea to address local challenges, from mental health resources to environmental sustainability, and beyond.

• Eager to learn and bring your idea/dream to life
